Like the plan of getting our works in as a points to stay on the island maybe we each could also pick something we need to work on some times i have problems getting my water in some days food tracking can get to be a pain when the tracker can't find what i ate. instead of having to lose since like Dar said in her note some weeks she has no lose so lets say lose weight or stay same NO gain is are GOAL
Can the person who not lose do something to redeem like send goodies to those who lose or maybe be voted on or off the team by those who lose. My body refuses to lose weekly, or even monthly so I will be out the first week

This game is easy. You weigh in once a week and if you have lost any weight you get to stay on the island. Lose nothing and you're off the island and out of the game. Last member standing wins.
I will post the weekly thread and all you have to do is reply with a "yes" if you lost weight or a "no" if you did not lose weight. Any loss counts no matter how much it is. Did you lose 1/10 of a pound..................then you're still on the island.
This games starts Sunday, January 20th. What ever day you weigh in just post to the thread that matches the date. Any questions please ask.
