This past week has been LIFE Changing! I have released THREE pounds! All I can say is I guess I REALLY needed to DETOX! WOW!

I was guided to a new book, (for me) THE RAW FOOD DETOX DIET by Natalia Rose! I haven't had time to implement all of her ideas, yet. I've only changed 3 things: #! I do not mix starches with protein. #2. I do not eat fruit with ANYTHING else. #3. I have ADDED many more organic veggies. (Please see my blog from yesterday! If you have read this book would you please leave me a comment on my blog?) It has been REALLY easy!

This release means I am 1.2 pounds to my highest goal! I am letting my body decide how much it wants to weigh! I'm listening to 'me', finally! Being in SP has helped me find myself, again! WE are ALL so blessed to have this site to help us change our worlds!

YES! I've released a little over 1/2 pound! 4.4 pounds to goal! I was hoping to 'be there' by the 31, but that's too much for my body to release at a time, that is 13 days away. I am learning how to maintain, though! YES! I am letting my body decide how much it wants to release & when. It works for me!

Today is Pilates, an extra ZUMBA class & hopefully a long walk with Lady LUCY the Wondrous Circus Dog, if it goes up beyond 45 degrees! It is 30 right now! Plus working AND a date with my sweetie, tonight! I am SO much more active since I have released the extra weight AND joined SparkPeople! YES!!!!! January 16 was my 10th month Sparkaversary!

January is half over , looking back at my aims I have not kept up with writing down all I eat , weight wise ,ok , I am holding steady , exercise ? Not every day but I average 250 minutes per month. So am not too down hearted , yet! Hope you are all keeping going. Ree emoticon

get back into exercise! This being sick sucks big time - not been able to do much of anything since January 5th!.

1.) Drink 10 cups of water a day
2.) Eat 3 healthy meals a day
3.) Eat 2 healthy snacks a day
4.) Do cardio 3x a week
5.) Strength train 3x a week

write down all food and drink ( tracking too complicated with non American brand , different measuring system etc )

Exercise daily ,

My personal goals for January are:

1. Eat between 1200-1800 calories daily.
2. Walk 12,000 steps daily.
3. Log all food daily.
4. Log all exercise daily.
5. Drink 8 cups of water daily.
6. Lose 3 pounds.
