not sure when we start this. Jan 1 was yesterday, a Tuesday. Do we start on Dec 30th or Jan 6th?

Let's start the new year with a healthy challenge. To lose weight you have to burn more calories than you take in, so how many calories will you burn this week:

7000 more burned = 2 pounds
5250 more burned = 1.5 pounds
3500 more burned = 1 pound
