I'm keeping up with my goals! YES!!!! Lot's going on AND I have the energy to do it!

I got in my cardio. however the down side to working out at home is your kid can interrupt to throw a tantrum in the middle of your work out. I got in 8 minutes ...
wish me luck getting in yoga tomorrow ...its hubby b day tomorrow and I know I'm going to be so busy.

I had a GREAT time at the Gangnum Style flash dance! (YES! Isn't it FUN!!!!) I've joined the flash dance team! WOW!
Tomorrow is ZUMBA! 1 hour class, then a 3 hour party in the evening! I WILL get my exercise then!

Today was 5K with Lady Lucy the Wondrous Circus dog! (I have a full circus marionette show, VERY fun, hard work! I haven't performed it since 1999, it would need re-building, costumes etc.)

Anyway, my Dec. goals are being met! YES!

my plan for the rest of december is:
work out daily minimum 15 minutes
Eat healthy including all my veggies/ fruits daily
Drink 8 cups of water daily

18- Cardio
19- Yoga
20- cardio
21- yoga
22- cardio
23- yoga
24- cardio
25- yoga
26- cardio
27- yoga
28- cardio
29- yoga
30- cardio
31- yoga

Hi! Everyone! Looks like we are all doing pretty good!
I have released 1.8 lbs. this week! This is AMAZING, as I am very near my first goal weight! I'm VERY motivated because of Christmas & my Christmas Present to me! A pound & 1/2 for my Christmas goal, to go! 12 days.... I'll see how I do. I am NOT stressing about this goal, I think that is why I am releasing!

I learned a BIG lesson this week, about Onion Strings, disgusting little fatty things. Because I shared just some, I was "off" for 2 days! I had to fight many urges, & did! BUT, they helped me focus & look at the result! WOW! Even I am impressed with myself! I don't impress easily!

I'm still WILD about ZUMBA! Also, this Sunday I am flash dancing, "Gangnum Style" Should be fun! I will wear my SPARK PEOPLE headdress, again! Please see my Spark Page, if you want to see the photos of it!

I LOVE this program, I know you all hear it all the time, BUT this is ME talking, I'm finally, "Taking My Turn", song from Tangled, "When is it my turn!" NOW!
