I challenge myself to stay at least 100 minutes of exercise each day AND 100 Spark points each day! Also, to fill up on all the wonderful veggies I cook & bring to the table! Baked yams, nothing on top- I back these in oven until they ooze, DELICIOUS!!!! Brocklli with tangerine juice on top, carrot, celery, & jacamia sticks to nibble on. It will be quiet for us this year, D* & Uncle & me. So it will be a little easier.....
BUT Christmas will be my REAL challenge, party gathering with many family members. I'll bring the salad for 30 people. But it IS quite high in calories. Lot's of greens, avo., roasted pecans, celery, dried cranberries & trader Joe's Cranberry walnut dressing, (I will add a little water to help thin it out!)
