My challenge will be to continue to walk my dog outside as much as possible. There's a possibly for rain Thanksgiving through the weekend so...I'll do what I can inside - depending on that old sciatic nerve and leg problems and my headaches which have returned big time.

So, Thanksgiving weekend is usually a hard time for me to get any exercise at all. I'm in a house full of people, no room to exercise inside and it's usually raining cats & dogs outside. So, I challenge myself to do at least 60 minutes of exercise each day. I usually do more than an hour each day. This won't be more than my average day, just more than my average Thanksgiving weekend day.
Thursday- 100 minutes walking 5.6 miles Friday- 80 minutes walking 4.6 miles Saturday- 65 minutes walking 3.6 miles Sunday- 45 min walking 2.25 miles (didn't meet my goal for the day)

I challenge myself to stay at least 100 minutes of exercise each day AND 100 Spark points each day! Also, to fill up on all the wonderful veggies I cook & bring to the table! Baked yams, nothing on top- I back these in oven until they ooze, DELICIOUS!!!! Brocklli with tangerine juice on top, carrot, celery, & jacamia sticks to nibble on. It will be quiet for us this year, D* & Uncle & me. So it will be a little easier.....
BUT Christmas will be my REAL challenge, party gathering with many family members. I'll bring the salad for 30 people. But it IS quite high in calories. Lot's of greens, avo., roasted pecans, celery, dried cranberries & trader Joe's Cranberry walnut dressing, (I will add a little water to help thin it out!)
