My challenge is to sort my food out with a large breakfast large lunch and light dinner

Nov 1-2 large breakfast, light dinner

Nov 3 large breakfast, no lunch, large dinner

Nov 4-9 Large breakfast, medium lunch, light dinner!!

Nov 10-17 Large breakfast except Nov 12 and Nov 16, large lunch all days,still struggling with taming the dinners

Nov 18-22 Success except Nov 20...large dinner (the habit is growing WOOHOO!!!) emoticon

My Nov streak contract
I Fran will do my Leslie Sansone Walk at Home DVD fat burning walk or do her walk away the pounds express walk strong DVD.
four days a week starting Nov 1 until Nov 30 Monday Wed Fr Sun

two days I will do Spark People Cardio Blast Tuesday Thursday
i will check in with my 77 days of autumn teams each day and let them know how I am doing. each day.

My personal challenges for November are

1 Lose 5 pounds
2 Get more vitamin C in my diet
3 Drink 10 cups of water a day
4 Exercise 6 days a week (cardio/ resistance band strength)
5 Not overeat on Thanksgiving
