Here's my September fitness goals - it was to get at least 30 minutes a day in. Some days were good, others were terrible.

Ok, I claim September as a success! There were only 2 days that I didn't log my food, but I believe I stayed within my ranges. There was 1 day that I went way over, but only 1 day. And I lost 9 pounds this month, and that was between the 16th and the 30th.... I feel good.

well, my GOAL for September is to continue to get my head together literally and figuratively.... After a concussion and very small brain contusion on the 5th, plus a lot of emotional baggage dumped the end of August and beginning of September, my insomnia has been FULL Blown and I finally got 2 nights in a row of really good decent sleep, so for the rest of the month I am going to keep on that same track!

Week recap...my fiance's sister died so I spend a lot more time consoling him, trying to book the flight for Canada, getting leave from work, applying for a visa phew!!! emoticon

But next week is a new week and I WILL do better emoticon

Update - one third of a serving on Sunday...Still have two-thirds more or none at all ...hmm none sounds nice!

My goal for September is - To stay within my calorie, fat and cholesterol ranges. But more than that... 3 days a week I will stay at the low end of my ranges, 2 days I will allow myself to hit the middle of my ranges, and 2 days I will allow myself to go higher... but I WILL NOT allow myself to go over more than twice between today (9/16) and the end of the month.

Day 1 - Let the journey begin!

16. Calories: 1493 (57 to spare), 4 over on my fat, cholesterol was good.
17. Calories: 1001 (WOW), sodium a little high, everything else good.
18. Calories: 1246 (All my #s were great today)!
19. Calories: 1299 - I'm excited!!!
20. Calories: 1496 ~ Still on track!
21. Calories: 1535
22. (didn't log)
23. (didn't log)
24. Calories: 1260
25. Calories: 1257
26. Calories: 1267
27. Calories: 1234
28. Calories: 1314
29. Calories: 2998 (ouch, went to cheesecake factory. Only ate half of my meal and a piece of cheese cake... I knew I would be over, didn't realize I was doubling my calories for the day... Oh, well. It was amazing, now it's behind me).

Stay in my calorie count
1 -5 was over on most of foods

6-10 yes even was able to get the fats and carbs right woo hoo

9. -14 did good in calorie count need to work on getting things in the right order still
have 1/2 month to get it going in the right direction this week i am working on the carbohydrates
