Stop by 2 team members Spark page and leave a short note pick one you have not visited in a while 4 give a goodie to one of our new members you find them listed at the bottom of the message board 5 remember the importance of drinking water each day give your self a goodie if you get all 8 in every 6 track everything you eat on the food tracker stay with in the guide lines 7 plan and eat your Snacks share any of your favorites with us its always fun getting new ideas
