1. To add 5 to minutes / 10 minutes to our work out time one day each week .
2. to join in the team huddle at least 1 time a week if you have not joined us before
3. stop by a team members Spark page and leave a short note pick one you have not visited in a while
4 remember the importance of drinking water each day give your self a goodie if you get all 8 in every day from July 1 to July 14
