I am having to go back to basics - so - for the next two weeks I will be concentrating on staying within my 1500 calorie limit. That means keeping track of what I am eating.

My goal is to lose atleast 6lbs or more by June 17th. I've gained some weigh back in the last 2 months. Thank you VICKI-B for the instructions about the e-mails. That's exactly what happened. The box was checked not to recieve Sparkpeople e-mails anymore. I don't know how that happened. I didn't check it and nobody else uses my computer. Now I'm getting them again. Thank You.

"I can do anything for two weeks". The challenges will be every 2 weeks. You set the goals, you chart what you want, you decide what you want to do. At the end of two weeks post reflections.
