My goal is to stick with 30 mins of cardio 5 days per week. so that works out to hmmm...(reaches for the calculator).....ah 600 cardio mins this month

1. 30 min June 1, 2012

2. 60 min bootcamp June 2, 2012

3. 120 min gardening June 3, 2012

4. Rest day....total to date 210 mins emoticon

5. 30 mins Cardio Blast June 5, 2012

6. 30 mins Zumba June 6, 2012

7. 28 mins Fat Blast June 7, 2012

8. Rest day...total to date 298 mins emoticon

9. Boot camp at gym 60 mins...just found out this is circuit training lol June 9, 2012

10.60 mins raking so many leaves and 60 min handwashing clothes...washer broke
yesterday.....ahhhhh!!!! but hey every bad thing comes with a good thing...the glass is
always have full!! June 10, 2012

11. Rest day...total to date 418 mins emoticon

12.30 mins Cardio Sculpt June 12, 2012

13. 30 min Cardio Sculpt June 13, 2012

14. 30 min Kickboxing June 14, 2012

23. Circuit training at gym 60 mins June 23, 2012

24. 210 mins of intense yard work and cleaning bathroom...yup was really dirty

26. 40 mins low impact cardio...had to get an ankle support. Think I strained something in it last week

29. Rest Day....did Coach Nicole dvd to make up for Wednesday...Final number or mins tomorrow...Was supposed to do Coach Nicole vid...never did. Interestingly enough I polished and shine the floor...on hands and knees for polishing and using a mop for shining...30 mins...June 29, 2012

30. Circuit training 60 mins..never wanted to go but went anyways. Glad I did as I had very little time for exercise after that...June 30, 2012

My goals for June are basically to:

1) Get in 45 minutes of exercise 4 times a week
2) Work to keep my sodium down to under 2000 grams a day.
3) To eat nothing after 9pm.

Use coach Nicole's DVD 28 day booth camp but for this challenge it 30 day booth camp

didn't do well at all with this challenge did go to the gym and do my walking just kept putting it off with silly excuses so in July my plan is start slow with two says a week the first 14 day days of the month and then add a day the week by end of month doing it 4 days a week
