"I can do anything for two weeks". The challenges will be every 2 weeks. You set the goals, you chart what you want, you decide what you want to do. At the end of two weeks post reflections.
This will start Sunday, May 20th and go thru June 3rd.. The next 2 weeks will be June 4th thru June 17th.

Walked everyday but missed walking tonight. I am up to 45 minutes now. I am doing well on healthy eating but today, I took a break...tomorrow is a new day and I am ready to continue on my path of healthy eating and exercise to the weight loss goal ahead of me.

I feel so much better now with all the healthy food. I saw 2 Dr's this week and it was great to be able to tell them that I am feeling so much better now on my mostly Vegetarian food plan.

I've been doing some kind of exercise every day. I start water Zambia tonight. Will go every tuesday and thursday night for the next 2 months. Today my husband and I took a ride to scorpion bay. When we got there we took the steps down and up( not the elevator). A total of 64 steps each way. I was tired after climbing up them, but felt proud.

We're at the end of week one of the challenge. How is everyone doing? Have you stayed on track? I've only missed one day of my goal per day so I feel pretty good about it.

Ok, im going to do the two week challenge and if i write it on here i will HAVE to do it! So my goal is to walk at least two miles every other day for the next two weeks starting today. I walked two miles tuesday and said i would do it again today and i can already feel my self finding reasons not to! So I will drop the kids off at school in the mornings and go for a two mile walk.

My goal is to move more-i am walking the floor at my job three times a day, which is a big thing for me. i am amping it up to four starting may 14th---and i am walking the observation deck across the street at city hall twice weekly starting june 1. also doing water aerobics twice a week.

So far my motivation is high to keep my 2 week challenge going. I'm on track with my exercise plan, with 3 consecutive days under my belt and my body didn't protest as much today! My goal then is to keep up with the exercise and drink more water and eat more fruit and veg. And if I don't manage it each day, don't beat myself up over it, just get on with what I can, and tomorrow is always a new day!emoticon

I'm new to this....I like the idea of setting a goal, which could better help to stay on target.

My goal is to stay within the calories, carbs, fats, and protein parameters of the meal plan set out for me by the program. I went over for the past two days and I want to be certain this does not occur again. It was not by much but still I need to focus more on preparing food ahead of time so that I do not go over the calories, fats, carbs and protein. My challenge is go get back on track,,,,,,,,I had a very bad day yesterday and so far this day is not looking to be much better. So I am going to do some house work and then get out in the yard to work on my plants. For the rest of the week I am going to track more and get out and walk for part of my lunch at work.

This will be a very good day for me....THE FIRST DAY OF THE REST OF MY LIFE.

my goals for the next 2 weeks
1) Work out at least an hour a day 3 days a week (at the gym)
2) Sit ups and jump roping 3 days a week (at home)
3) Walk 5000+ steps every day

I have 2 major goals...

My goal #1, Go to the gym 3x a week (Mon, Wed, and Fri) and to workout at home.

Goal #2, Do daily stomach crunches (30 a day)

My goal for the next two weeks is to walk 30 minutes a day at least 4 days.

My goal for the next two weeks is to go to the gym and use the exercise machines for one hour for upper and lower body exercises on strength training days (Mon., Wed., and Fri.).

My goal will be to lose 3lbs a week this week, and next week. My to-get-me-there goal will be to add an exercise to my daily routine. I am going to say 10 minutes per day, because I have not been exercising at all to date.

"I can do anything for two weeks". The challenges will be every 2 weeks. You set the goals, you chart what you want, you decide what you want to do. At the end of two weeks post reflections.
This will start Sunday, May 6th and go thru May 19th. The next 2 weeks will be May 20th thru June 3rd.
Post one initial post, then update it at the end of challenge.

I struggle with consistent exercise. So this next two weeks will be a real challenge in this department.
