My goal is to just to get back on track and start to lose again. After regaining all that weight this last year :& half ..... At my age I really need to start thanking about me more and not so much about my kids & their kids. . So my challenge will be to get back to 200lbs by some time this summer.

My goal for the rest of the year - first is to get back on track and headed back in the right direction. Then I would like to reach 100 lbs. lost. At this point I am not sure just how much weight that may be but I think it is close to about 40 lbs. in 8 mths.
So setting new goals for the rest of the year.

my goal for this year is small, to get back to prepregnancy weight and size 16 again. that is about 11 lbs away. Plus I want to be in a good shape for my noodling trip in June. I have to be stronger to wrestle a big catfish out of its hole with my hands.

Mine was 10lb by May as I have big birthday then. That was my goal. Will I make it? I hope so but i am plodder and losing half a pound a week as I have been doing isnt going to get me there. I am stepping upon exercise to see if that helps. Its good to have a goal but lets be realistic. It went in over a long time it isn't going to come off ina week or two .But we can do it, lets encourage each other in this.?

What weight loss goals did you set for 2012? that is a great Question yesterday was 90 days at for me and i sat down and tried to re elevate the goal i set every thing I had read before joining spark was i could lose 10 pound a month so that would mean 30 pounds in 3 mo. it didn't happen i lost 12 but gained some back . so now i have now decided that a reasonable goal is 20 pounds July 4 th and the next 20 by Christmas. the site and my Spark friends are trying to teach this fact and that the scales are not the only spark moments we reach i like the title of this team every day is a new start.

I'd like to finish my original weight loss goal by Christmas, which is another 30 pounds over the next 8 or so months. I need to make some changes in May, but I'm feeling pretty good about them, so hopefully it's doable.

What weight loss goals did you set for 2012? My initial goal was to lose 35 lbs. I'm UP 12 lbs since January 1st. So my goal for the rest of 2012 is to lose the 12 lbs plus an additional 36 lbs. That would put me at 199 lbs to start off the new year.
