Sue, I should have mentioned that sweat mode is a great way to challenge yourself. You can set it to challenge yourself to get a certain amount of points each week. After you set up your challenge you don't have to stay in sweat mode, because even in the regular dance mode if your doing a sweat challenge it will calculate both your dance points and sweat points.
