Sue, fitness video games, walking, and WATP are my favorite exercises. I have every WATP DVD and every Wii fitness game. Leslie Sansone is so inspiring. I tried finding a team for WATP, but I could not find one with challenges. You did a great workout.

I have a Walk Away the Pounds dvd and do between 1 and 5 miles depending on time and how I am feeling.
I also use Wii fit and sports and have Just Dance

Today I have done 5 miles walk and 20 mins Wii fit, tonight when dh is at work I will put on Just Dance

My 'kids' are long gone, they are 35 and 32 this summer...lol
I do Just Dance with our grandaughter who will be 9 this summer, that is a hoot

wow, that is awesome, great for you. I have three 9, 4 and 2 so when I get home from work, it is always mommy mommy mommy, but I've trained them that the first thing mommy does after work is workout, I get my hour in. I vary up my exercise, Zumba for the wii,
Biggest loser challenge for the Wii, We have Just Dance 1 and 2, I have an elliptical, so I constantly am changing things up. ON weekends I have the pleasure of doing more than an hour, but during weekdays, it is hhelping with homework, dealing with the little ones, cooking, and whatever else. I'm so glad you have such great support. I ahve thrown more responsiblity on my kdis regarding cleaning so that helps. But I just cannot make myself get up earlier than I do, everyone is still asleep. I am going to try to wak during lunch now, so that will help out as well.

I do a couple of things:

**I get up at 5 to get in a early workout.
**I eat lunch while at my desk, so I can take that time to workout.
**I workout after dinner.
**If dinner goes in the oven, I workout while dinner is cooking.
**Most importantly my husband and kids know how important this is to me, so they make sure I have the time I need and want. My kids are older (I have 5 ages 16-19 including twins, so because they are older I don't have as much to do for them compared to when they were little), so we share all the house responsibilities.

how do you find the time to exercise for hours like that? I'm lucky to get an hour a day in
I did get up and walk around the building at work and I did some exercises at my desk
I am taking a break today, I have worked out for the last 11 days
