I weighed in this morning ..I re-lost 2lbs.. yaay! My sweet tooth was out if control and I gained over the past couple months.

I'm in as I have 4 pounds to lose by June 30th to make my goal weight. I know all about the sweet tooth issues. I too have been on a binge of junk food.

I have sweet tooth issues too...the exercising is good but still trying to tweak this diet..can't get the results that I want so may have to add more weight training or something...
