Lets “Spring into April”!!!! This is a two part challenge.
First, pick out a peice of tight clothing that you have been saving, in hopes to wear again someday. Doesn’t matter what it is.. shirt, blouse, shorts, pants, dress, skirt, swim suit.. anything goes!
Second, strength train your arms 3x a week doing at least 3 sets and 20 reps of each exercise.
Our goal is to be able to wear our selected peice of clothing by April 30th. Summer is 2 months away, so lets get our arms tank top ready starting now!
Please share what peice of clothing you have chosen and how you will strength train your arms.
I have chosen a pair of levis (no stretch) that I can’t wear comfortably because of my muffin belly that pokes out too much on top. I will use my 3lb dumbbells and my exercise band to work on my arms at home. At the gym, I will make myself use the circuit/ strength training equipment and stop favoring cardio all the time.
