Well I made all my goals for Feb. except to get down to 130 pounds. I just made 140 today. Seems I'm getting more disciplined and am starting to lose weight.

Decluttering I did well, the core program was ok but the weight is still not coming off..Trying to lift more weights...

I did not make my challenge to weigh 170lbs by today.. I weighed-in at 172.8lbs this morning.

I got the clothing donated for my mini challenge yesterday and made yesterday a cheat day (cheesecake.. yum!!!) but did a lot of walking.

Sue, thats great! I am going to make my mini challenge too.. I have a huge bag of men's clothing to take to the rescue mission. I am also sticking with exercise three days a week.

Thanks for thinking up these challenges Raquel they keep me focused. My Feb, challenge is as follows:
1.Try and do some sort of exercise daily during the month of Feb.
2. Drink more water
3. Get back to the 130's by end of Feb.

Mini Challenge:
Plan a healthy 50th birthday party for my hubby.

Happy February! Lets make our own challenges and try to accomplish them by Feb. 28th.

Also, make one mini challenge for yourself to accomplish by Valentine's Day.

My challenges: 1. Exercise 3 days each week in the month of February. 2. Weigh 170lbs by Feb 28th.

Mini challenge- Collect more clothing for the homeless and deliver to them to the OC Rescue Mission by Feb. 14th.
