The 4 lbs are gone according to this morning's weigh in!!! Thanks for all your support, I couldn't do it without you!!

I will check back in later today. I forgot to weigh myself and try on my pants for this challenge. I will do that when I'm home from work.

EDIT- I didn't make my challenges to fit into my pants or be down to 170lbs. My pants button, but are too tight. And I weighed in at 176.9. I started a February challenge. :)

I did manage to achieve my goals for this month except for one. I won't be able to walk the mall as my hubby's work schedule won't allow time for him to take me. I did however lose 2 pounds and have my eating in control so I feel like I DID IT!!!!!!

According to my scale I lost 2-3 lbs when sick but I am not counting it until the end of the month. At the doctor's I was 5 lbs down from last October. I just hope that it keeps going in the right directio

Chriopractor was good(except he has the FLU!!!!) and I am leaving for the ultrasound shortly.

Terri, good for you!! emoticon I have yet to return to zumba. My eating is really good this week and my water intake.. and been wearing make up every day lol..yaaay! Good luck at your doc appt! I hope all is well! I have a chiropractor appt. as well on Saturday..I'm looking forward to it.

HI all!! I am on the mend..even ventured out to Zumba today and had the best time!

I wasn't fully back but it was fun and so so good to see my exercise buddies!!

Of course I was inspired to cook a big dinner(burp) but I only went 8 calories over my total..yay!!

Tomorrow is chiropractor and ultrasound on my thryoid to check my nodule...always good to proactive!

How are you guys doing with your challenge?I am afraid that having my appetite back may be a bad thing...

That's a great idea Raquel. I haven't worn any make up since I retired. I'll have to spruce up my face as I just got my hair cut and it looks good shorter. Hope everyone has a great weekend

Thanks for the support! I doubt that you look like a rag ever,,..I did lipstick as a makeup pick me up last year and it really helped...I think that I will do that again,especially since I don't wear eye makeup with the whole eye injection thing. Man, I miss eyeliner...

My Jan. challenges are as follows:
1. Start walking the mall again
2. Get back to my normal eating routine
3. Lose at least 2 pounds by Jan. 31st.
There not very overwhelming so maybe I'll accomplish all of them by the end of the month emoticon
