HI all!! I am on the mend..even ventured out to Zumba today and had the best time!
I wasn't fully back but it was fun and so so good to see my exercise buddies!!
Of course I was inspired to cook a big dinner(burp) but I only went 8 calories over my total..yay!!
Tomorrow is chiropractor and ultrasound on my thryoid to check my nodule...always good to proactive!
