That's Great Raquel!! I can get my jeans on but still can't button them up. I'm hoping for my birthday I'll fit into my dress pants to go out to dinner. I really like chatting with the team also as it helps me keep focused. You guys are the ones that help me through the bad times and I really appreciate the support. Are you going to post a December challenge? I hope so as it motivates me.

I'm shocked! My November challenge size 14 jeans fit. It must be inches lost cause the lbs really didn't budge this month. I took the two pairs that fit and hung them in my closet. There are another two pairs of pants that are still tight.. They button but are not comfortable, also size 14. They will be a December challenge.
Great job ladies.. We are doing good with consistency here on spark people. Chatting with you all really helps me.

I tried on my jeans yesterday and they still don't fit. I'm stuck at 132 but at least I'm not gaining. I'm going to eat a small dinner and then some pumpkin pie.

I certainly did not make the 5lbs challenge.. I am fluctuating/ maintaining it seems at a 2.4 loss. Tomorrow I will try on some jeans.. I doubt they will be wearable. On that note, I am going to enjoy some pie today lol.

November goal dead line is here. I lost 3 1/2 pounds. So I got close but no winning numbers. I'm still going to keep trying to lose 7 pounds by the end of the month. Wish me luck I need it!

I'm feeling pretty darn good today. Starting to be more active again and get my leg back in shape. It really helps being active this way I'm not sitting and eating all day. Your welcome for the goodies Terri. I figure your so good at showing your appreciation to us it was time you got a little back. I've been really good this week so can't wait to weigh myself tomorrow!!

I lost a pound!! I'm so excited. I only have 4 more to go! I was stuck on this mid 130's for awhile now and glad to see the scale going down again. Great Job on fitting into your Oct. challenge pants Raquel! I'm still trying. Keep up what ever your doing as it seems to be working

I'm able to wear my October challenge Jeans comfortably! Better late than never lol. I'm still working towards this November Challenge. But if I don't make it into smaller pants by Thanksgiving, there is always a December Challenge. I think these challenges are fun!
Terri.. Great job on your 2lb loss. I'd like to try zumba soon. There are classes by my work I'd like to try soon.

How did the weigh in go? I got some positive feedback at the gym from some friends who were able to come to Zumba since school was out. They thought that I had lost a lot of weight. Just think eating better and wearing clothes that fit really helps...
I won't get on the scale until Tuesday. Last Tuesday is when I weighed myself in the afternoon and I was 2 lbs thinner. Woot woot!

Today is my weigh in and I'm so nervous. I hope some of the weight I gained is water weight from the medications I have to take. Been trying to stay on track but it is hard when you have to stay down with no exercising to balance you out. How is your weight loss coming along?

I wore my black Timberland boots,,my dress pants hid the top and they kept my muddy driveway from soaking my feet,,,

That's the truth Terri! My harley boots must weigh at least 3-5 pounds a piece, But they did keep my feet safe when we were hit on the bike in April. So heavy is good! Put your foot up and rest you deserve some time off.

I'm sticking to my diet today. I will Not graze all day or eat large amounts of ice cream. I have an exercise bike I used to use but it now in my son's room and I don't get to use it. He has a night job so sleeps all day. That will change in Feb. I have to take it easy and let my hip heal for awhile so keeping on the diet is Very important. Thanks for the encouragement as I was feeling a bit sorry for myself lol.

Oh, Sue, bummer...but that happened to me a lot. I also stayed on a plateau so long that I thought nothing would ever change..
hang in there, i tweaked my diet and I started losing again..It just took awhile before I figured out what I needed to do.
You can do this..Just drink the water, and work on the diet. Take care of that hip too!! Would an exercise bike be ok to use?

The doctor weighed me today and the results were far from good. I have gained back almost all my weight. I reset my goal & ticker to show my new challenge. I'm determined to lose at least 5 by Thanksgiving and the rest before the end of the month. Your encouragement really helps thanks again girls

Lets pick one pair of pants and try to fit into them by Thanksgiving morning. Then the rest of the day we will enjoy our Thanksgiving meal! Who's in? I know I will need just a few lbs to get comfortable into my October challenge and way more than 5lbs to get into my size 14 for November. But I figured 5lbs is a good challenge for our team.
