HI!!!

It's been Zumba Zumba Zumba and some bike riding and strength exercises!! I do miss hking though. The weather is too changeable.

Feb 6-10 I did 30 min cardio each day and followed up with either 20 sit ups or wall pushups depending an which day it was. I finally think ive gotten back into the swing of things

Monday Jan 9-10 & 10 situps(Terri)
Tuesday Jan 10-10 cardio and 50 situps(Terri)
Wednesday Jan 11-10 cardio and 20 pushups(on the wall????)
Thursday Jan 12-15 stationary bike and 50 situps
Friday Jan 13-30 min walk and 50 situps
Saturday Jan 14 55 min Zumba

Monday Jan 16 45 min Zumba and 30 bicycle crunches
Tuesday Jan 17 15 min stationary bike and 20 crunches
Wednesday Jan 18 120 min Zumba
Thursday Jan 19 REST
Friday Jan 20 60 min Zumba
Sat Jan 21 20 min Coach Nicole videos

Monday Jan 9-30 cardio & 10 situps
Tuesday Jan 10- 15 cardio& 10 wall push ups
Wednesday Jan 11- 30 cardio& 10 situps
Thursday Jan 12- 15 cardio & 10 wall push ups ( I cant seem to do them on the floor lol)
Friday Jan 13- 30 cardio & 10 Sit ups

Monday Jan 16- Wednesday Jan18 Same as lasts weeks
Thursday Jan 19- I did absolutely nothing
Friday Jan 20- 30 cardio & 10 situps

Sorry it took so long, Ive been having to steal computer time becase my hubby is vacation planning

Ten minutes of cardio and ten pushups/or situps per day!!
