Covers the exercise and supplements as discussed in Suzanne Somers' books (i.e. All The Right Moves section of Sexy Forever starting on page 118, and Supplement To Speed Weight Loss section of Sexy Forever starting on page 126)
Supplements are not regulated and can contain dangerous and even illegal additives....and thus can be doing you more harm than good. Watch out for claims on the bottle, such as “pharmaceutical grade,” which is not an actual FDA certification.

Proper absorption is always a concern when it comes to supplements. You don't want to pay a lot of money on supplements only to have them not absorbed so they can do their job.
Everyone has problem areas they try to work on. I have found the best resource for exercises is searching Yahoo and Google videos as well as YouTube.com. These are also great for hairstyle ideas, and other self-help videos. On YouTube, you can register, and once logged in, you can even subscribe to your favorite video authors and create a "channel" to organize videos by category. Some of my favorites are:
* Underarm Flab Remover Workout by Seal Beach and Los Alamitos Personal Trainer Thomas Tadlock (thomastadlock): www.youtube.com/watch?v=0wB3n8MmZ_4&list=L
. I've searched for years and asked numerous trainers for exercises for the flab at the back or my bra line (that shows when i'm wearing a tank top). This really gets it. I hooked my resistance band around my closet hanger rod.
*Bra Fat Banisher (TheBalanceMethod): www.youtube.com/watch?v=8bNt1NMdYT8&list=L
. I actually do the side lifts laying down with ankle and wrist weights, and lift my leg and arm up (taking a breath first, sucking holding my gut in), and then it also works on my sides and my obliques at the same time. I hreat multitasking!
*Lift Sagging Breasts ( expertvillage): www.youtube.com/watch?v=HvVgFNC3gOs&featur
. I feel this a lot more than regular dumbbell flys.
*Swimming: Feels like you'e not exercising!
Be sure to share your favorite exercises or aerobic activities!
