Okay so I decided to try the supplements on page 139. Boy some of them are not cheap! My thinking is..give them a try for 90 days and see if they make a noticable difference. If you're not sure if you want to make the investment, then you can alays start off trying the cheaper supplements first and see if they help. I'll keep you posted on my findings.

Keep in mind that supplements are not regulated and many contain toxins, inaccurate doing, and illegal or dangerous additives. See my original post to this thread for updated links to supplement testing. I'll try to update it as I find new resources.

Proper absorption is always a concern when it comes to supplements. You don't want to pay a lot of money on supplements only to have them not absorbed so they can do their job.

EXERCISE:

Everyone has problem areas they try to work on. I have found the best resource for exercises is searching Yahoo and Google videos as well as YouTube.com. These are also great for hairstyle ideas, and other self-help videos. On YouTube, you can register, and once logged in, you can even subscribe to your favorite video authors and create a "channel" to organize videos by category. Some of my favorites are:

. I actually do the side lifts laying down with ankle and wrist weights, and lift my leg and arm up (taking a breath first, sucking holding my gut in), and then it also works on my sides and my obliques at the same time. I hreat multitasking!
