Health is more than the body. And, in fact, your mental, emotional, and spiritual health can AFFECT your spiritual health.
So here, we ask you to share ways to keep those areas of yourself healthy, too. For mental health, there are websites like Lumosity [Link: www.lumosity.com
] that provide mental exercises and games to keep your mind sharp--and you can see how, over time, your mental sharpness improves! Keeping a journal is another step, as is heaving someone to talk to that you feel comfortable with: a minister, of whatever religion, a therapist, or just a good, trusted friend.
The important part is finding what works for you--and not everything works for everyone. So share whatever you can here, and, as always (are you sick of hearing this?) provide links if you can and it works in the situation.
"Love. Fall in love and stay in love. Write only what you love, and love what you write. The key word is love. You have to get up in the morning and write something you love, something to live for.”
