What do you do for exercise? Do you follow a plan by a fitness advisor? One of the DVD plans? Something with a name? Or do you just make your own plan, or follow one from a book? What exercises do you actually do? Do you use your Wii (or other game device) and use Wii Fit (Plus) and other games, like Walk It Out, or dance games?
