The sub teacher for the LIFT class was lousy, so I walked out after 10 min; did 50 min on the recumbent bike; 30 min core and upper body ST.

Still not rested, so couldn't do the intervals; did 60 min on the treadmill; 30 min core and upper body ST; yoga class tonight.

Tomorrow will try those intervals again; maybe some elliptical or the rowing machine; core and lower body ST; then yoga in the evening.

Too crazy around here the past few days to log in: Thursday I did elliptical and rowing machine as planned; 30 min core and lower body ST; missed Zumba class, but did get to yoga.

Yesterday: 65 min on the elliptical; 30 min core and upper body ST; 60 min yoga

Today: 60 min on treadmill, 30 of which was interval work; 30 min core and lower body ST

Tomorrow is a rest day!
