I've joined a biggest loser challenge. It hasn't started yet, though. :) I have never done a challenge prior to this one. Wtg for completing a challenge!
Current Weight: 324.7
Goal1: 299 lbs
Goal2: 245 lbs
Ultimate Goal Weight: 115 - 130 lbs
I've joined a couple of challenges so far, I finished the 10 minutes of fitness a day challenge and have just joined the Spring into Shape Bootcamp and am on day 4 of that one. I enjoy the extra challenges to actually finish something I start and to help get that boost to bring myself to the next level.
What have you joined? Has it helped boost your levels of what you were trying to do? Have you been able to finish the challenge?
An excuse is just a challenge to figure out how to do something different.
