I have been working on B12 numbers as mine have been very low. So now that I am doing my green smoothie feast, I have tried a few things. I lay everything out early AM on what I am going to plan on eating. I can see where things end up at and where I can tweak. It is actually pretty easy. I can come back and add something or take away something. It actually is working out well. The first time I have been in the "needed" target range on my B12 are these last few days. If nothing more it is bringing a lot more to my attention and how I can get my health numbers with just changing a few things.

Yup, some do this for months on end. Depending on what you put in your Green Smoothies you can reach your nutritional requirements for the day. Not talking crazy here low calorie smoothies but nutrient dense ones. Green Smoothies ROCK!
