Arnold is the owner of Arnold's Way in Lansdale PA - a wonderful resource for Raw Foods and Healing. When I lived near there for a few years, I had the pleasure of getting to know him. He is a passionate leader in the raw food world without the ego and shenanigans found in many raw food "gurus". He is real and is as altruistic as you will find.

This is all new to me, this one...
Hi Greenspirit, who is Arnold and why do you miss him? I will have to tag this and watch it later I have a full card, for the next few days. I have read a few things about water fasting...but still need to research it more.

Chef Angela fires her doctors, gives it to God, finds raw food and tosses her meds. On a five day water fast her diabetes and high triglycerides, among many other health issues, disappear.
