This is the perfect challenge for me! May is my month to get back to exercise. Hopefully to get back on track overall. I signed up for 5 personal training sessions. One a week for the next 5 weeks. I am looking for accountability and new strength training routines. I had an introductory free session Thursday and I am still sore from it. I guess that is what happens when I neglect ST for a couple of months. The burpee looks a bit too difficult for me to do daily. I am going to commit to the jumping jacks. I will start with 25 and see if I can get to 100 a day.
So let's all challenge ourselves and do the best we can. Remember if you can't join that's ok we have other challenges that can be of interest like a raw recipe or adding a raw breakfast whatever is best for you.
