I need to get back into working out again so I'm starting off slowly. I only did jumping jacks for now although I will be doing other work outs and incorporating them in to this as well.

This is the perfect challenge for me! May is my month to get back to exercise. Hopefully to get back on track overall. I signed up for 5 personal training sessions. One a week for the next 5 weeks. I am looking for accountability and new strength training routines. I had an introductory free session Thursday and I am still sore from it. I guess that is what happens when I neglect ST for a couple of months. The burpee looks a bit too difficult for me to do daily. I am going to commit to the jumping jacks. I will start with 25 and see if I can get to 100 a day.

Hello Raw Foodies Team...

We are starting our exercise challenge for the month of May.
We are not the Raw Food Police or Exercise Police as well. LOL emoticon

But we do know that along with eating healthy we have to move our bodies to get your blood flowing and helping along with the process of detoxing emoticon

So this Mays Challenge will not be too hard, everyone can do this.

For Beginners and those that can't seem to find the time, your challenge for the month are

You can do as many as you want, if you want to do 20 a day or 100 a day (intervals of 25) throughout the day doesn't matter you state your limit.
