One can not truly be healthy by diet alone. Exercise helps to improve our health in a number of ways. When we are physically active we obtain the strength, flexibility, and energy needed for our daily activities. We know you are feeding your body in the correct manner by being Raw or trying to eat more Raw. Please share your hopefully daily exercise but if you post a minimum of 3 times a week you are at least doing more exercise than most people. Not only will you be doing your body good but you will win a Team Goodie at the end of the month for your efforts.
