3/1/12 trail mix with raw nuts and dehydrated fruit, fresh coconut milk and a bit of coconut meat
3/2/12 cucumber-tomato cooler
3/3/12 orange, carrot, kale juice and some berries
3/4/12 small smoothie with green leaf lettuce, wheat grass, ginger, carrots and a little beet
3/5/12 broccoli smoothie with blueberries, strawberries, coconut meat and apple
3/6/12 carrot orange juice (my favorite)
3/7/12 V8 inspired juice with tomato, celery, cucumber, carrot, ginger and wheat grass
3/8/12 2 servings of coconut water and a bowl of veggies (carrots, bells peppers, cucumber, celery and asparagus tops)
3/9/12 wheatgrass shots and some baby carrots
3/10/12 coconut water
3/11/12 "clean out the fridge" juice.. all the vegetables that I had leftover from last week
3/12/12 chia pudding
3/13/12 V8 inspired juice
3/14/12 coconut water, coconut bowl (whole coconut with juice drained) filled with blackberries, blueberries and strawberries and of course coconut meat
3/15/12 chia pudding
3/16/12 banana "tapioca" pudding (banana blended with coconut milk and chia seeds allowed to sit overnight in the refrigerator) topped with dehydrated blueberries

You guys are just so organized!
Me... I eat the same basic breakfast every morning.
A brew of green tea with some other tea in there like oolong, jasmine,puer, chrysanthamum or simply black tea. One cup organic farm raised 2% cows milk for protien, carbs and calcium. A banana for potassium. 1-3 brazil nuts for the selenium to keep my thyroid healthy and for the Omega3 oils it contains. A half cup of tibicos (water kefir) for digestion. The soak water from fenugreek seed, prepared with a cup of boiling water the nite before, for iron and to "raise my HGH". That's my standard. Every now and again I'll add some soaked almonds or a second fruit like prunes or strawberries, raisins.

Gets my day off to a good start without weighing me down.
