Racking, grocery shopping, bending and reaching for products, hanging laundry by bending to get it stepping up and down on stool to get it up there Fridays Saturdays up and down a big hill. Have not been to the gym.

Ok not a fantastic start but let's hope it gets better!

Feb Fab Ab Challenge is a challenge that started Feb 1 and started with 15 crunches, 4 push ups and 10 second plank and everyday (but Sunday) you add 5 crunches, 1 push up and 5 seconds to the plank.

I have a mental block about MY treadmill so I'm trying to break it by doing at least 10 min on my Treadmill at least 5 times a week.

Walking 30 minutes 2 days a week (T, Th)

The weekends are more about activity than a specific workout - as long as I'm moving with my family I'm good :-)
