Most of the oils claiming to be Raw whether it is Olive , Coconut, Hemp, Flax, etc. is a crap shoot unless you call the manufacturer to verify. Even if it is not 100% Raw it will be a higher quality than those that do not say cold pressed or Raw. With that being said using it in minimal quantities like a Tbsp will not mess up your Raw Foodplan.
