Sorry guys, that I am a bit slow on the start here... where did May go and how is it already June?

I finally made my monthly goals of 1200 fitness minutes in May! All that training for the 10K and the triathlon really made a difference in my minutes!

Time to set your June goals! Here's how it works!

The first number is the number of days a week you hope to work out.
The second number is the number of minutes per day that you will work out.
The third is the monthly total.
The fourth is what you have remaining in the month.

So, for example 5/60/1200/1200 (I will work out 5 days a week, 60 minutes per work out, 1200 minutes in the month and 1200 minutes left to go). As you go along, subtract your minutes and see that last number get closer and closer to 0 ...

And, most importantly, have fun!!!
