Here's the format:
1st number: how many days you plan to exercise each week
2nd number: how many minutes per workout day you plan to exercise
3rd number: your monthly minutes
4th number: your minutes left for the month.

So, for example, your numbers might look like this:

3/30/360/360 (I will exercise three days a week, for 30 minutes each day. I have 360 total minutes for the month to do and I have 360 left to do). Then, once I exercise the first day, my numbers will look like this:
3/30/360/330 (I have taken away 30 minutes because I have exercised that much).
