11/23 = 154.6 (I've basically given up. But I'm going to really TRY this week to start getting back on track. Hopefully I can get down to 152 by the end of the year.)
11/30 = 154.8
12/7 = 155.6
12/14 = 157.0

1/3/13 = 161
1/10/13 = 159
1/17/13 = 159
1/24/13 = 156 (getting sick has some benefits)
1/31/13 = 158 (I'm totally not buying this. I have not been eating that much to warrant gaining 2 pounds since last week!)
2/14/13 = 160 (I expect this number to continue to rise since I've been barely doing what I should be)
2/21/13 = 162
2/28/13 = 162
3/7 = 163
3/14 = 163
3/28 = 165
4/11 = 164
4/18 = 163.5
4/25 = 164.5
5/2 = 165
5/9 = 165.5 (although I suspect I may have been that last week as well)
5/16 = 165 (slowly but surely I hope to keep up this downward trend!)
5/23 = 164 (OH YEAH BABY!)
5/30 = 164
6/6 = 164
6/13 = 164
6/20 = 164.5
6/27 = 164
7/3 = 166
7/10 = 165
7/18 = 164
7/25 = 165
8/1 = 165
(between 8/1 & 9/5 I ended up nearing 169 because I wasn't even trying)

9/26 = 166.6 (new scale measures to .2 lbs)

10/10 = 164.4
10/17 = 163.8 (haven't been 163 since March!)
10/24 = 164 (WAAAAAHHHH!!!)

11/14 = 163.6
11/21 = 162.0

BACK WHERE I STARTED! Any loss after this point is an actual loss for the year!

12/12 = 159.8!!!!
