Restarted My weight loss journey again Last week - this time will be the last time as this time I WILL reach my goal weight. Since February this year I have lost 24 pounds with Slimming World but have decided Spark people is better for me - This week was my first week back on the diet and I have lost 3 pounds. I have also joined the local gym and spent an hour today Working out including 30 minutes of cardio.

Current weight 14 stone 8 pounds (204 pounds).

I think that I am going to do this this time around... I didn't last year, but I don't think that I was overly committed to my weight loss. I am more committed this year! And I like the idea of seeing my progress... hopefully it will help motivate me! So here we go!

01/07/13: 218 (yuck, 4 pounds up from where I started in Jan 2012)
01/14/13: 214 (yay! A good first week of less sweets!)
01/21/13: 212 (another 2 down... good considering I was super sick this week and only exercised 3 days out of 7 this week! I am happy!)
01/28/13: 212 (nothing this week, but with being so sick and not exercising, I am not surprised.... at least I didn't gain anything!)
02/04/13: 212 (no change again, but I was still getting over being sick... hopefully next week I will see a change!)
02/11/13: 210 (yay!!! Another 2!!!)
02/18/13: ??? I am out of town this week and don't have a scale. I will not weigh in this week.
02/25/13: 212 - not surprising after being out of town and eating in restaurants every meal for 9 days.
03/04/13: 213 - Hmmm... I seem to be going the wrong way... better turn this around!
03/11/13: 215 - Not impressed!!!
03/18/13: 215 - well, after being on a gaining steak (gained 5 pounds in a month), I am happy to report that I didn't gain anything this week - didn't lose, but didn't gain either! Hopefully this is my turning point!

I think that I am going to do this this time around... I didn't last year, but I don't think that I was overly committed to my weight loss. I am more committed this year! And I like the idea of seeing my progress... hopefully it will help motivate me! So here we go!

01/07/13: 218 (yuck, 4 pounds up from where I started in Jan 2012)
01/14/13: 214 (yay! A good first week of less sweets!)
01/21/13: 212 (another 2 down... good considering I was super sick this week and only exercised 3 days out of 7 this week! I am happy!)
01/28/13: 212 (nothing this week, but with being so sick and not exercising, I am not surprised.... at least I didn't gain anything!)
02/04/13: 212 (no change again, but I was still getting over being sick... hopefully next week I will see a change!)
02/11/13: 210 (yay!!! Another 2!!!)
02/18/13: ??? I am out of town this week and don't have a scale. I will not weigh in this week.
02/25/13: 212 - not surprising after being out of town and eating in restaurants every meal for 9 days.
03/04/13: 213 - Hmmm... I seem to be going the wrong way... better turn this around!

1/31/13 = 158 (I'm totally not buying this. I have not been eating that much to warrant gaining 2 pounds since last week!)
2/14/13 = 160 (I expect this number to continue to rise since I've been barely doing what I should be)

2/28/13 = 162

I'm back to where I was 6/14/12, 7/26/12, and 9/20/12.
