You mean you just jog in place for 30 seconds 900 times a day? That's a very novel exercise program, but how ever do you keep track of it?

Yes, I think I'd prefer jogging to pushing myself away from the table too. Ha! I started jogging 30 seconds at a time. It's my favorite because it's effective and I can get a pretty good workout in 30 minutes.

My favorite fun thing to do....
In the summer my favorite just for fun exercise would have to be playing in the big waves at the beach. Paddling our canoe and looking at the reflection of the sky in the water.

Fall would be a walk in the woods after the leaves have fallen.

In the winter.....brrrrr......A walk in the snowy woods on a not too bitter cold day.

Spring..........watching the birds and the trees budding. Relaxing:)

I think I have more fun in the summer when it is warm.

I like swimming, but that's only in the summertime. I don't have the $$ to join a gym so I find anything I can do at home, like a workout video or playing the wii fit. Need to start that habit again.

Walking on the beach would be great...but we live about 12 hours from the ocean and 2 hours from Lake Michigan. Hopefully walking on the beach will be a good form of exercise when we retire.

For now we are active in our local running club. I run/walk about one 5k per month from April-November. I also walk about 1 1/2 miles every morning around the neighborhood when the weather allows, if not then on the treadmill.
