2 out of 3 isn't bad.
Doing your exercise and drinking water is an excellent start.
There is nothing wrong with you.
It takes time to change old patterns and incorporate new ones in to life.
Play with the food tracker to get used to how it works. I have found this to be helpful in planning not only meals and food alternatives but my so important snacks so I don't get cranky because I am hungry.
