RE: Spark Meal Plans
Do you actually follow the entire meal plan they give you or do you do substitutions? I've looked at the meal plans and some of them are just plain weird. And you're not having an issues with the meal plans?

Hi Melissa,
2 out of 3 isn't bad.
Doing your exercise and drinking water is an excellent start.

There is nothing wrong with you.

It takes time to change old patterns and incorporate new ones in to life.

Play with the food tracker to get used to how it works. I have found this to be helpful in planning not only meals and food alternatives but my so important snacks so I don't get cranky because I am hungry.

I find it very helpful to follow the menu plan. If I don't have and/or like what's on the plan its easy to swap with something else. I've been on this plan now for 3wks and have gotten great results. Good Luck, stay positive, and keep trying. emoticon

i get in my exercise, i drink oceans of water, but i keep messing up what i eat. i hate myself i want to hang myself in the bathroom. what is wrong with me? emoticon
