12/3: ellip 35 min l7 3.11 mi; strength pt stretch 50 min

12/7: ellip 40 min l7 3.7 mi strength stretch 50

week 1 total = 140 min (2 hr 20 min) elliptical, 220 min (3 hr 40 min) stretch/strength

12/8: ellip l8 35 min 3 mi stretch 25
12/10: ellip 30 min l8 2.77 mi. strength stretch 45 (rough day! this cold is kicking my butt!)
