Great idea on posting your daily exercise as a way of being accountable to the group.
Here's mine:

Oct 1: 30 min, 3 km walk
Oct 2: 20 min 2 km
Oct 3: 30 min 3 km
Oct 4: 10 min 1 km (busy)
Oct 5: --- (but 1 hr heavy gardening)
Oct 6: 30 min 3 km
