1 set of 12 wall push-ups
1 sets of 12 squats
1 sets of 12 crunches,( elbow to knee )

11/13: 1 SP stretches
1 set of 10 wall push-ups
1 sets of 10 squats
1 sets of 12 crunches,( elbow to knee )

11/14 15 SP stretches
1 set of 12 wall push-ups
1 sets of 12 squats
1 sets of 12 crunches,( Reverse )

11/15 12 SP stretches
1 set of 8 wall push-ups
1 sets of 7 squats
1 sets of 10 crunches,( elbow to knee )

11/16 20 SP stretches
2 set of 12 wall push-ups
2 sets of 12 squats

CHALLENGE : Do these exercises everyday this week:-

10 SP stretches
2 sets of 12 wall push-ups
2 sets of 12 squats (mini-squats if you have knee problems)
2 sets of 12 crunches/bicycle/elbow to knee/reverse crunches (do any one kind for the challenge...anything you do beyond is bonus for you)

This is a short challenge - running from Monday through Saturday. If I see a good response on this thread, I will continue posting weekly challenges.
