CHALLENGE : Do these exercises everyday this week:-
10 SP stretches 2 sets of 12 wall push-ups 2 sets of 12 squats (mini-squats if you have knee problems) 2 sets of 12 crunches/bicycle/elbow to knee/reverse crunches (do any one kind for the challenge...anything you do beyond is bonus for you)
