Thanks for setting this up, farmchick! I really need some variety in my workouts. I usually choose walking since that seems to be the only exercise I am continually happy and content doing. Everything else seems to keep my focus for a few days, weeks, or occassionally a few months, BUT i am going to make an effort to change it up a bit and hopefully break my plateau and increase my fitness level. Since I walked yesterday, I will add it to the first week and continue weekly from there.
My exercise goal will be: exercise at least 6 days out of each week, including strength training. I will walk three out of five days with at least one of those walking sessions with weights. two days I will do anything other than walking...hiking, dvd, sports,etc, and at least one twenty minute session of strength training.
I will maintain this exercise daily for: the remaining three weeks in June.
June 10: none
June 11: 30 min. walk/no weights
June 12: quick am walk, 20 min. no weights, 30 min. fast pace no weights
June 13: 50 min. fast pace walk w/5lb weights 50% of time, 10 min. pilates session
June 14: 20 min. strength, 10 min. express tae bo, 15 min. walk, fast pace, no weights
June 15: 15 min. leslie sansone dvd with toning bands, 30 min. walk, no weights
June 16: 30 min. walk, no weights

June 18: 15 min. dvd,, 20 min. walk
June 19: 15 min. walk/tone dvd, 12 min. mile dvd, 15 min. cardio walk/tone intervals
