1) Choose one new meal, fruit, or vegetable to try each week. Let us know which ones you liked the most and how you prepared the dish.
2) Exercise for 10 minutes at least 5 days a week.
3) Take time at least once a week to do something nice for yourself. It could be a bubble bath, reading a book, taking time to meditate or journal.
Choose one or all to focus on this month and keep us up to date on your progress. Every little step helps, even if it means stepping back and learning from mistakes.
