From what I have read it looks like quite a few of us are having difficutly getting in 10 minutes of exercise consistently.Let's use this month to try to get 5 days a week of 10 minutes of exercise. If you would like to seta higher goal, feel free & let us know how you are doing.
Right now, I am standing at my computer jamning to the radio. I can tell that summer is coming, the music is much more up-beat & party like.
Lets make May a month of movemet. It is also ALS awareness month. We can be thankful that we don't have the difficulty moving that individuals with this disease. Celebrate you health this month by making sure you keep moving.
