In TN this last weekend in March, we are having scattered showers, at times some high winds, cool to cold temperatures & cloudy weather. On top of that, there is more than enough pollen and other allergens floating around to make it difficult for those of us with allergies to spend much time outside. This is definitely not the kind of weather I want to get out and exercise in.
With spring well announcing itself in some parts of the northern hemisphere & winter not quite seeming to be over in other parts, what are some ways that you exercise when the outside weather is not cooperating with your fitness plans?
