My biggest sticking point right now seems to being motivated enough to increase the amount of physical activity in my day.

Mini goals:
Get 10 minutes of exercise 5/7 days a week.
Consistently have more than 5000 steps per day by the end of March.

What is one thing that you have found diffcult to do in building a healthy life style? Take this month to focus on this difficulty task by breaking it down into small goals & reaching them. Let us know how you are progressing and if/when you need additional support.
