Month end

The last couple of weeks, I have been fighting my depression and was not getting up to do my 10 minutes of exercise and totally forgetting about my water. I remind myself that these are things I can do with little to no income. Guess these are areas for me to keep working on.,

One week left of January. How are you doing with your goals?

I hope you are doing better than I am. Over the last couple of weeks, my drepression has been taking over. I haven't been eating as healthy, but I am also not binging. The biggest issues have been not getting my goal 4 glasses of water daily and am just not wanting to exercise.

On top of this, I am experencing technical difficulties with my computers. After I get a new job it will be time to get a nnew laptop or notebook.

Being healthy is hard work, but living with chronic disease is harder.

Blessings,
Amanda, RN

My 2 goals for January are:

1) Workout at my gym at least 2x a week.

2) Minimize soda to only nights that I work (no more than 3x a week).

Okay, we have made it through the holidays. For those of you who have stuck to the program, HURRAY!! For those of us who indulged in too many holiday goodies, the time is now to reset and get back on track.

For January, I would like each of you to set a couple simple goals which you will try to reach by the end of the month. Share these goals with us. Give us updates along the way. Ask for encouragement and ideas along the way & most importantly let us celebrate your sucesses.

I look forward to being one of your greatest cheer leaders along the way.
