You can do it TERRALOVE. I am wishing you success in your journey. I am exercising 5 days a week at the YMCA. Monday: treadmill, bike, weights, Tuesday: Boot Camp, Wednesday: Zumba Dance, Thursday: Zumba Toning, Friday: Treadmill, bike, weights. I am working hard to reach my weight goal. In January my family and I are planning on getting our professional photos done to begin the new year 2014. My husband and I have lost weight during 2013. We are getting all dress up and seen this photos as a motivation to continue on our weight lost journey. Wishing you a wonderful Monday.
KAB7801! On Monday of this week I did Leslie Sansone walk away the pound 5 miles. Tuesday Boot Camp. Wednesday Zumba Dance. Thursday Zumba fitness Friday Track or treadmill for 3 miles. Now that my little Princess will be going to school September 3 my husband and I will go to our local park and walk 8 miles on Monday and Friday. I already bought a light comfortable jacket for those cool morning:) I like to mix it up so I do not get bore to exercise. Like Leslie Sansone said keep your muscles alert:) Again you can do it and I am cheering for you!

Thank You Rhondawi. Today the nutritional class that I am taking took a tour of our local Giant. First looking at the food we like, and what was their nutritional values. Then deciding what was a better choice. The ladies got a $10.00 gift cards we had to buy for 4 people. Include at least 4 healthy food from each of the food group. My complete meal was a pasta dish: Dreamfield Spaghetti at $1.79, and I had a coupon for a $1.00. I only paid .79cents. Rinaldi traditional sauce no salt, Mozzarella cheese, Salad buy 1 get one free. A can of pineapple slices for dessert. The total was $14.40, and I only paid $9.61. A savings of $4.79. The teachers approved of my meal and the savings .Next Monday is our graduation class.

I did the January Jumpstart Fitness Challenge and continue with my exercises at my local YMCA.I started at 194lbs and today I got on the scale and it said 187LBS. I am down 7 LBS. The changes that I made walking on the track for 4 days 3 miles then to 4 miles plus cardio eating more vegetable are making the difference. I am feeling Awesome this morning and will continue on my healthy journey. We can do it!
