I do not do 10 minutes a day working out. I do not have time to fill in my food here and I do not use the videos. Where does that leave me? I guess this is not the right place for me at this time.
My goals are at minimum three workouts a week for 30+ minutes.
Check food intake daily.
Drink lots of water.
Keep in touch with SP friends.
