I agree with everyone, it sounds like you have great goals as is. I've attempted this challenge 3 years in a row and this is the first time I've gotten to the end. I did all of the fitness challenges, but didn't track nutrition too much because it's way too time consuming and since I mostly cook every meal I have to enter recipe info, then nutrition info so it ends up taking 30 minutes. I'd rather use those spare 30 minutes that I have in a day to exercise. And in exchange I just try to be conscious of my food choices, but right now for me, it's about meeting fitness goals, not so much nutrition. Continue with your goals and don't beat yourself up over it. It's about overcoming YOUR hurdles, not meeting specific criteria. Good luck on your journey!

I do not do 10 minutes a day working out. I do not have time to fill in my food here and I do not use the videos. Where does that leave me? I guess this is not the right place for me at this time.
My goals are at minimum three workouts a week for 30+ minutes. Check food intake daily. Drink lots of water. Keep in touch with SP friends.
Thanks for reading my life habits.
