Well it was hard work and took some planning but DH and I finished the challenge. We enjoyed the videos and the extra burn they gave us. We enjoyed the together time we had while doing our cardio. I am not sure about DH but overall I lost 5 pounds and more importantly I was able to sustain a month of exercise for the first time since hurting my leg nine months ago. Our plan for February is to continue to follow the weekly schedule for the month. We will see how we do. Thanks for a great challenge and to all the people who supported us with their comments.
